スマトラ ストロベリー · Single origin · 200 g
¥3,800 or ¥3,420 per bag on subscription
A Catimor from Shimaren Farm, on a cool plateau by the northwest shore of Lake Toba in North Sumatra. The farm grows without pesticides or chemical fertilisers. This lot is semi-washed with a strawberry infused fermentation and dried on raised beds, so the cup tastes of fresh strawberry with a jammy, sweet finish.
