- As shown on each product page. All prices include consumption tax.
- Other charges
- Delivery ¥600 per order or subscription box, free from ¥5,000. Konbini payments may carry a store fee.
- Payment methods
- Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay and konbini (one-off orders), processed by Stripe.
- When payment is taken
- At checkout. Subscriptions are charged at the start of each delivery cycle. Konbini payments are due by the date on the payment slip.
- Delivery
- We roast twice a week and ship within 2 days of roasting. Konbini orders ship after payment is confirmed.
- Returns
- As our coffee is a food product, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
- Subscriptions
- Pause, skip or cancel any time before your next roast day, from your subscription page or by contacting us. There is no minimum number of deliveries.
